Shipping policy
- For all deliveries within India, we offer free shipping for prepaid orders. For COD orders, we charge a small amount. Orders with a subtotal within Rs.6000 will be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.
For International deliveries, we charge a small amount for shipping.
- For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers . The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. All courier companies make 3 delivery attempts. In case you are unavailable during that time, you can always self collect from them. In case of non delivery the customer gets an email/SMS from the shipping company and they will have to coordinate with them directly. In case of no response, the courier companies dispose off the parcel and it will not be our responsibility any longer.
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. Products are shipped out within 2-4 working days from the date of placing an order. Deliveries within India take around 4-5 days and International deliveries take longer, between 3-4 weeks usually.
- We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex, DHL and Delhivery.
- We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
- In case of NON DELIVERY OF GOODS - If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, kindly let us know within 2 days of receiving that msg so we can provide you with the delivery proof and the recipients name/signature. Any requests made after this timeline will not be accepted and it won't be our responsibility there after.
