RETURN / EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products
We do not offer refunds. Your purchase is eligible for free exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email our customer care team on shopfusio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and everything is intact.
Exchange
In case you wish to exchange your product with another one,please drop us an email on shopfusio@gmail.com with your exchange request after which we will arrange for a return pick up from you. Once the product is received and checked at our warehouse, a fee of Rs.350 would be deducted from the total amount and the remaining would be sent back to you in the form of a gift card which can then be used to purchase any other product from our website. This would be valid for 30 days.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Fusio as accurately as possible. However, as computer srcreens, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
A shipping fee of Rs.350 will have to be borne by the customer for us to resend the parcel again.
Missing Items
Always make an unboxing video of the parcel and share the same with us via email so in case a product is missing, we can provide you with a new piece.
Photographs will not be accepted. Please note it has to be an unboxing video.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For COD orders, please let us know within 1hr of placing the order.
We do not have a cancellation policy for prepaid orders. No refund will be provided in case you refuse to take the order from the courier company. A shipping fee of Rs.350 will have to be borne by the customer for us to resend the parcel again.
